We put those details to work getting back to you, arranging a walk-through, and pricing the job. Holding a brief history of past requests also helps our crew remember the quirks of a property they have visited before.
We will never put your contact details up for sale or pass them to marketing lists. Only the Aethernorth Root team members who schedule and carry out the work ever see them.
Requests are held for as long as it takes to serve you and to stand behind any planting or hardscape warranty, and then they are cleared out.
